Delay to launch of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care
The replacement for the Adult Residential Management and Adult Management pathways of the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services, the RQF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, was scheduled for launch in January 2017. However, this Diploma has now been delayed until January 2018.
This will not have any impact on learners currently studying, or wishing to begin study between now and the 31st December 2017.
Skills for Care have been working closely with their partner awarding organisations preparing for the withdrawal of QCF in December 2017.
