HCPA have developed several leadership programmes available at a range of levels and with a range of options to suit your organisational needs. 

Our leadership development programmes are available to all staff with people management responsibilities from new and aspiring leaders, Senior’s, Deputies, Registered Managers, Regionals, Directors and Owners. Across all services including Home Care, Supported Living, Residential, Nursing and Respite Services. 

For organisations who would like a be-spoked course tailor made with your culture in mind, using your processes interwoven into Skills for Care Inspire courses we can provide this on your site or at our training centre in WGC, for more than 7 managers per cohort”¯please select our“¯INSPIRE”¯route.

For organisations that have 1 – 6 members of staff they wish to attend our leadership development programme our open courses provide a great opportunity to learn and build resource networks with peers across all sections of care services in Hertfordshire. 
The Courses entails 5 full days training encompassing Skills for Care programmes, and once all sessions are completed you will receive your toolkit to support your implementation, all our content can be implemented straight away with ease and confidence.
