International Recruitment East is working in collaboration with Borderless connecting displaced care workers living in the East of England, with pre-vetted ethical social care providers with sponsorship licences. This service is free to access for providers and workers.
For providers:
Verified providers can join the platform, filter and search candidate profiles, and manage introductions through a secure platform. All worker profiles are pre-screened, giving providers confidence in their recruitment process. With a single click, providers can begin contact with candidates who meet their criteria, while also accessing guidance on sponsorship compliance.
