With effect from Tuesday 19 May 2026, ACS (Hertfordshire) are introducing one countywide email inbox for Adult Care Services (ACS) referrals and enquiries:

Please continue to use the ACS Portal as the first and preferred route for referrals into Adult Care Services:

This helps us deal with your enquiry faster and avoids delays.
What you need to do now
- For ACS enquiries by email, use ACS.Referrals@hertfordshire.gov.uk
- Please update any saved contacts, templates, guidance documents, websites and directories that currently show an old ACS email address.
Old email addresses being retired:
- SeeandSolve.East@Hertfordshire.gov.uk
- SeeandSolve.West@Hertfordshire.gov.uk
- Informandadvise@Hertfordshire.gov.uk
For a short period, emails sent to the retired addresses will be redirected to ACS.Referrals@hertfordshire.gov.uk while people update their records.
The old email addresses will be switched off from 19 June 2026, so please ensure you are using the new address going forward.
