This is a confidential service that provides support and guidance with any personal or professional problems that may affect your overall health and wellbeing.
The Employee support service provides a complete support offering that offers expert advice and compassionate guidance 24/7 365 days, covering a wide range of issues. It can offer immediate telephone support as well as up to six structured counselling sessions, on the basis of a clinical assessment.
The service can be called at any time, by any staff member who has signed up to the Academy, for friendly support on medical, legal, and financial issues in the strictest confidence.

Medical information (available Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm) - Telephone advice relating to critical incidents.
