Alzheimer’s Society, as a partner within Memory Support Hertfordshire, is hosting a Your Voice Matters Hertfordshire Listening Event to hear directly from people affected by dementia, carers and families about what matters most to them before, during and after a dementia diagnosis.
The event will bring together people with lived experience of dementia, carers, families, professionals and community partners to explore what matters most across the dementia journey – from brain health and diagnosis through to treatment, care, support and living well. The experiences shared will help inform future conversations, planning and priorities across Hertfordshire.
