We are saying a fond goodbye to Mandy Handscombe, our survey expert, who will be retiring on the 31st of March. All our members that have accessed the Impartial Feedback Service, STAN and Culture surveys will know Mandy as the go to person when it’s time to get that valuable feedback for their services. HCPA surveys provide valuable feedback that can be used as evidence for CQC and contract monitoring to demonstrate that you collect impartial feedback. The report and data from the survey allow you to act on the feedback by giving you information that allows you to celebrate and shout about your strengths and develop areas that could be better.
