HCPA, in partnership with Skills for Care, is offering two face-to-face workshops designed to help providers understand and implement the National Care Workforce Pathway within their organisation.
These interactive sessions will take place at HCPA, Mundells, Welwyn Garden City, and will guide you through practical ways to strengthen your workforce structure, plan effectively for the future, and support development opportunities across your teams.
What the workshops will cover
• An introduction to the National Care Workforce Pathway
• How the pathway supports workforce planning and career development
• Tools and approaches to map your organisation against the pathway
• Practical guidance to help embed the pathway within your service
You will also have the chance to reflect on where your organisation currently sits within the pathway and consider your next steps.

These sessions are ideal for managers, workforce leads, senior staff, and anyone involved in staff development or organisational planning.
