As part of national restructuring, Hertfordshire will be joining Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes, and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to form the new Central East ICB.
West Essex will become part of the new Essex ICB.
As part of these changes the HWE ICB Care Home Pharmacy Team will now be coming to an end, and the support will not continue once the new organisation goes live from the 1st of April.

HCPA will continue to maintain resources from this team on the HCPA Resource Library. HCPA will continue to offer our standard medication education, but the online session delivered by the pharmacy team will not continue, but recordings are available on the resource library.
