Why a visit?

Every service is different, and spending time with you gives us the clearest picture of what is working well and where support is needed. Our aim is simple: to listen.

We’d like to hear about:

• The opportunities you see ahead

Your insights directly shape our planning, training, policy work, and most importantly represent your voice in the system. 

What to expect?

Visits are informal, friendly and tailored to you. Whether you prefer an onsite meeting,  to attend our offices or  even a virtual meeting, we will work around what suits you best.

Celebrating what’s going well

We know the sector is tough, but it is also full of resilience and success. We love hearing about – and sharing – the positive work happening across our community.

If you would like us to visit, we would be delighted. There’s nothing to prepare.

Meetings will be arranged on a first come first served basis or by service type (so we get a good overview of all our member big and small, new or established).
