London Borough of Harrow is conducting preliminary market engagement for a new Home Care Framework. This covers three service categories: long-term home care for adults 18+, adult reablement and children’s home care services. This engagement aims to inform the market of the Authority’s commissioning intentions and the upcoming procurement opportunity.
An online Teams webinar market engagement event will be held on Thursday 29 October 2026. Interested providers can register to attend by clicking here.
The webinar will provide an overview of the commissioning approach ahead of tender publication, including the service requirements, framework structure, lot arrangements, procurement process and timescales. Providers will also have the opportunity to ask questions and seek any clarifications.
Attendance at the webinar is limited to one person per organisation and is aimed at owners, directors, and registered managers.
