From the 1st April 2017, Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) replaced the current East of England workbook used to monitor providers, with a web based tool called Providers Assessment and Market Management Solutions (PAMMS). This tool has been designed to support data gathering, workflow management and the analytical needs of the ADASS organisation in its role as accessor of the quality of care delivered by providers of Adult Social Services.
HCC would like to invite Care Home managers to attend one of the introduction sessions on PAMMS to be held as detailed below.
