Use the HCPA Impartial Feedback Service (IFS) to gather the important independent and unbiased feedback about your organisation to demonstrate to CQC or contract monitoring teams that you are committed to quality assuring your organisation and raising the quality of care.

HCPA will carry out a survey on your organisation which includes feedback from service users, families, staff and professionals. HCPA will collate the results and produce a report that is directly aligned to the CQC Key Lines of Enquiry. We will support you to develop an action plan that will address any issues and ensure that you put the good feedback to the benefit of your service. Completion of the IFS and adaptation of the action plan is the requirement for HCPA Gold Membership.

Prices are 50% funded by Hertfordshire County Council; That means the price you would pay after the 50% discount for a service with 20 Service Users and 40 staff would cost £115.

Support at Home Service

In addition to our IFS service, HCPA can also provide you with a full quality audit using current CQC methodology. Unlike the general CQC report, we can provide feedback under each of the KLOEs so that you will know exactly where there may be possible non-compliance (far more detailed and structured than a vague reference under the key question). For care homes, we will usually spend a day on site for any home under 49 beds and 2 days for a home of 50 beds or more. We then provide a full written report which we aim to get to you within 7 days of the visit. We can, if there are lots of issues with identified non-compliance, complete a follow up visit.
