- The HCPA hub will be running up till 24 December with normal telephone and email service
- The HCPA hub is covered for emergencies only between 25 December – 3 January between 9am and 5pm. Emails will be checked 3 times a day and if an emergency is highlighted, then follow-up calls will be made by the hub team to the provider.
- The HCPA hub will be back to the normal telephone and email service from 4 January .
The Impartial Assessor service will continue during normal working hours.
