We have a great afternoon and evening planned for you at the wonderful ‘Coach House’ at Hatfield House (on Friday 29th July 2022 at 3pm).
This informal event is an opportunity for us to get together as a team in a beautiful, relaxed setting.
The event will consist of the following.
2:00pm – 2:30pm Leave the office and head to Hatfield
3pm – Arrival at Hatfield House; followed by:
- Arrival Drinks
- Fun and Games
- Summer BBQ (with professional BBQ Chef)
- Possible Exclusive Tour of ‘The Old Palace’ (TBC)
- Live Entertainment
- Bar and Drinks Vouchers
The event will finish at 9pm
You will remember that this event replaces the Staff Christmas Party from December which was postponed. Therefore, your individual arrival drinks, dinner, drinks vouchers and live entertainment will be provided courtesy of HCPA as they were then.
For the BBQ, please e-mail wesleystrahanhughes@hcpa.co.uk if you have any specific Dietary Requirements (please reply if you are vegetarian, vegan or have any allergies etc.)
There will be alcohol served at the event (some included, as explained) and a cash bar available (takes cards). Please bear this in mind when arranging your travel. For those wishing to book accommodation there are a few local hotels, the nearest being the Hatfield Central Travelodge https://www.travelodge.co.uk/hotels/321/Hatfield-Central-hotel (There are also Beales Hotel, The Comet Hotel and Mercure Hatfield Oak nearby).
For those wishing to use public transport: Hatfield Train Station is directly opposite the main gates with pedestrian access to Hatfield House.
For those who do decide to drive, there is ample free parking on site.
The dress code is summer casual ????
