All Users – Password Security
Changes to the Capacity Tracker password criteria are now being rolled out.. This will be in a phased approach, region by region, over the next 6-9 months starting from the evening of 17th April. A reminder of the new criteria are as follows:
- A minimum of 12 characters
- No previous password can be used
- Commonly used passwords or ones included on the National Cyber Security Centre list of breached passwords will not be permitted
If your password naturally expires prior to the 17th April, the above criteria will need to be met when setting a new password.
Reports – Removal of Flu Data
Flu data for 2022-2023 has now been removed. An aggregate report can be found within the Capacity Tracker Resource Centre here.

Reports – Occupancy Report
Users with access to the Occupancy Report will soon have visibility of a ‘Contracts’ toggle, allowing the user to view which providers are in contract with commissioning organisations.
New survey functionality has been added to Capacity Tracker. It is now possible to share surveys at local and regional level.
