Age UK Hertfordshire supports older people, their families and carers to live independently, stay connected and improve their wellbeing.

Specialist support is also available through Memory Support Hertfordshire for people experiencing memory difficulties and their carers, alongside community activities designed to promote wellbeing and social connection. The Hospital and Community Navigation Service provides short-term support following illness or hospital discharge, helping people access essentials and reconnect with local support networks.
