Following DHSC’s latest IPC guidance announcement the CQC want to acknowledge the commitment you and your teams are showing to review your approach and adapt where necessary.
CQC acknowledge that most providers are making every effort to follow this guidance. However, they say, if something changes and you are unable to do so, please speak to your CQC inspector.
CQC is collecting feedback on visiting and they are following-up with providers where concerns have been raised. Please continue to keep people in your care and their loved ones informed of your visiting protocol.
