An alert has been sent out regarding the use of unbranded LED decorative lighting chains (model CL100) due to a risk of electric shock as a result of inadequate construction.
To avoid injury to you and your service users, please check your decorative LED lighting to make sure it isn’t the model mentioned above. If you are unable to see a barcode or model number, but they look like the images shown on this PDF you are advised to remove them as a safety precaution immediately.
Please dispose of the implicated item in accordance to your local guidelines.
