It has come to our attention that there has been a system glitch for a specific timeline in the claiming and issuing of certificates for HCPA qualifications and that a number of qualification certificates have not been claimed in a timely manner. We recognise that this may have impacted the smooth running of your service, please be assured we are working tirelessly to rectify this and deliver achieved certificates as soon as possible. This may take some time and so we fully appreciate your patience while we resolve this situation.
