Courses available to HCPA 2016/17 Members

Make the most of the training available to you as a HCPA Member. We have limited spaces left for the following 3 courses available to our 2016-17 members so book now to avoid disappointment:

Complaints Management 6 Spaces Left 10th March 09:30am – 4:30pm
Level 3 Education and Training 5 Spaces Left £350 per delegate Starting 15th March
Care Certificate – Train the Trainer 15 Spaces Left Starting 27th March

Please note: course spaces fill up quickly and work on a first come, first served basis. A cancellation policy is also in place for non-attendance.
