Independent Age are currently running a petition to ask Prime Minister, Theresa May, to commit to a date to publish a much anticipated green paper, which was promised back in March this year.
The green paper was due to outline the government’s new approach to social care, but the delays in publishing report, or in committing to a date to publish the report, means that vulnerable adults in need of care are being sidelined.
The petition from Independent Age has already gathered 7,000 signatures, but they need more support. Signing the petition takes just a few seconds and will help our voice be heard.
