HCPA are sharing this with support at home service to be shared with your staff and service users.
Hertfordshire Domestic Abuse Helpline is pleased to announce that it has expanded its service from five to seven days a week. County agencies recognise that domestic abuse does not just happen between 9am and 5pm Monday to Fridays and they are working to make their services available seven days a week. The Helpline’s extended service provision will contribute to that countywide goal.
In addition, a review of calls received has led to new opening hours on Monday to Friday.
The new hours are therefore:
Monday to Friday – 9am to 9pm & Saturday and Sunday – 9am to 4pm
