A Dementia-friendly film season is taking place in Hitchin between January – June 2017. The venues are specifically adapted to suit the needs of people who live with Dementia with brighter lighting, quieter sound levels and a screening interval. The aim of the film season is to create a safe space where people who live with Dementia, and their carers, can engage with the community in a calm and happy environment.
Tickets are only £2 and carers go Fully Funded, so please share with anyone who you think would enjoy attending.
Films will be screened on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at The Market Theatre, Sun Street, Hitchin, SG5 1AE. Doors open at 11am.
