Dignity is a challenge to good practice in health and social care and in order to ensure that staff understand how to put dignity issues at the centre of all their care activities and how they can use this to promote independence, quality training is essential.

Training should cover dignity issues and challenges, good practice and creating a more dignified service.  Many organisations train this subject in house

HCPA can approve your organisation and your internal trainers to enable you to claim funding for each member of staff that they deliver courses to (including Dignity in Care).

HCPA quality assure the internal training that care providing organisations deliver, once approved you can claim up to £30 per person that is trained!

What are the benefits to your organisation?

  • Additional income to support your organisation
