During this time Sheila has shown herself to be an outstanding member of our team and of the discharge team at Watford. She has forged lasting alliances with both the hospital discharge team as well as the wards, whilst getting to know the Care Home Management teams, they are already starting to see Sheila as a trusted ally in the minefield of hospital discharge, and as soon as safe to do so, she will set about visiting as many of these homes to set the relationships and continue the business in Herts Valley.
I would like to extend a very warm welcome to Sheila not only from the rest of the IA team, but I’m sure from the rest of the wider HCPA team.
