Hertfordshire County Council’s Adult Care Services Community and People Wellbeing team has launched a survey to capture a better understanding of the User Voice Services across the county.
This survey provides an opportunity for you to have a say in the future development of their Services which are designed to support your voice being heard. Please complete this short survey to help HCC review and improve their services.

People aged 18 years or above living in Hertfordshire who have been contacted by Adult Care Services for information and support, or their carers/family members as well as representatives of community groups or other local organisations based in Hertfordshire are invited to take part. It should take around 10 minutes to complete.
