Want to develop your staff but need to stretch your training budget further?
The Skills for Care Workforce Development Fund offers funding towards a wide range of qualifications and learning programmes for the adult social care workforce. Developing the workforce is key to retaining a motivated, competent, confident and knowledgeable team. HCPA can help you access this funding.
For example, funding levels for the full diploma in Adult Social Care, other smaller awards are also available:
- Level 2 Diploma – £600
- Level 3 Diploma – £800
- Level 4 Diploma – £1,050
- Level 5 Diploma – £1,500
