HCC have asked us to remind adult social care providers to update the NHS Capacity tracker with all service user spring COVID-19 booster vaccination uptake.
Providing this data is essential to assist in monitoring vaccination levels and ensuring all care homes have taken up the offer of the spring COVID-19 booster, providing eligible service users with this extra protection before the spring vaccination programme ends on the 30th of June 2023.
Updating the capacity tracker will also avoid the unnecessary need to make further contact with you regarding spring vaccination.
