HCPA are working with the Sustainable Transformation Partnership (STP) for Health and Social Care across Hertfordshire and West Essex to gain a better understanding of the need for care providers to have access to medical information about their clients.
We would like to hear your views and understand your needs, so we can develop a business case to start building access to medical information, where necessary, across Hertfordshire.
