Vital education for senior care practitioners and managers on pressure ulcer prevention

On the 21st of November, ‘React to Red Skin’ are offering a Pressure Ulcer Prevention train the trainer sessions as part of National Pressure Care Day. These sessions are to educate senior care practitioners and managers about pressure ulcer prevention. This train-the-trainer course is suitable for staff who already hold training qualifications.

The aim of the two-and-a-half-hour course is to provide the skills to enable you to cascade the training in your own organisation. React to Red will provide you with their training module and support materials on the day for you to take away and immediately start to provide this essential training to your own staff.

Pressure ulcers cause huge amounts of harm to our frail elderly and this training course can make a real difference to the knowledge that your staff are armed with on a day-to-day basis.
