End of life care is so important, and to help care practitioners improve their understanding of supporting service users during this time Skills for Health have created a training pack called ‘Working together: Improving End of Life Care through better integration’. The pack is designed to help increase awareness and understanding of the importance of working together to support people at the end of their lives.
