We are writing to draw your attention to a recent advertisement issued by Hertfordshire County Council, alerting organisations to the existence of a procurement process for the requirement detailed above.

This tender is for the provision of a Children and Young People’s Mental Health Early Interventions Service to deliver a consistent Hertfordshire-wide community based early intervention Service that focuses on the needs of CYP, adopting a holistic and integrated approach. It is for Tenderers to propose an innovative service model in which all elements and outcomes detailed in this Service Specification are delivered. The model should embed the THRIVE Principles. The Service will be a free and confidential Service that provides a range of early intervention evidence-based talking and online therapies for CYP registered with a Hertfordshire GP, including an online offer. To ensure the Service model offers a person-centred approach, it will include the use of existing voluntary sector counselling providers in Hertfordshire where appropriate. The estimated total value of the Contract is £6,300,000.00 and is for the core Contract period inclusive of the approximate value for extensions. For the avoidance of doubt, the estimated annual Contract value will be approximately £1,260,000.00. The Contract will be awarded for a core period of 3 years, with the option to extend the Contract up to 2 further years. Please note that the Contract requirements will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands.
