Draft for 2019 – 2024 is out for consultation
Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) would like to make providers aware of the consultation that has gone out on the Learning Disability Joint Commissioning Strategy. They have requested that you forward this to members of your team and also encourage everyone to ask the persons they work with/carers etc to take part if its relevant.
The Hertfordshire’s Learning Disability Joint Commissioning Strategy Draft 2019 – 2024 is now out for consultation via the link below.

This consultation is open to everyone who has anything to do with adults with learning disabilities.
HCC would also like to hear from young people going through transition. The link above includes supporting documents that will help to explain the strategy as well. Please do make the extra effort to promote, encourage and support where you can for people to share their ideas and views.
