At this study day, we will support you to look at your recruitment process to better understand what works well, what areas need improvement and what new ideas you can implement to enhance your recruitment strategy.
The study day will give you:
- Guidance on what works and what does not work when recruiting staff based on our county-wide collective experience
- Advice on improving your advertising techniques to reach valuable candidates
- Top tips and best practices on motivating and retaining staff
- Information on recording achievement and rewarding your staff teams
Attendees are asked to bring along a care/support vacancy job advertisement to the study day

All our member organisations, whatever service type, are welcome to attend our fully-funded Recruitment study day and we hope to see many of you there. Spaces at the study day, however, are limited; therefore we can only offer two per organisation site.
