Assisting professionals in recognising their role in reducing health inequalities and the skills to make it happen. 

Evidence shows that people with learning disabilities die significantly younger than the general population and/or often receive poor treatment to manage their health conditions or care needs. 

 

On 3rd October 2019, the Adult Care Services Commissioning Support Team of Hertfordshire County Council are delivering a conference targeted at Health/Social Care practitioners.

 

This no-cost conference will provide delegates with a certificate of attendance to support professional development; places are limited.
