In this fun and engaging session, you’ll be introduced to our powerful TEAMology Tool, designed to boost your self-awareness, communication skills, and understanding of team dynamics.
At the heart of TEAMology is the concept of Intent vs. Perception, helping you see how your actions are perceived by others and how that affects collaboration and culture. You’ll explore your own psychological type, appreciate what drives you and those around you, and gain insight into how to build stronger working relationships.
This session offers a fresh and practical approach to personal development.

Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the session, you will be able to:
• Identify your own psychological type and working style
• Recognise the gap between intent and perception in workplace interactions
• Appreciate your personal strengths and key drivers
• Understand what motivates others and how to better communicate with them
• Build confidence in how you show up at work and with colleagues

• Begin using a shared language for positive team dynamics and culture
