This course is for HCPA Staff only.
This course is intended as a refresher for all HCPA staff who are expected to handle telephone enquiries from customers.
It will cover our own customer service standard and discuss the current process for handling calls and dealing with enquiries efficiently.
*Please note: As per our T&C’s, this course carries a fee in the event of non-attendance, non-completion or late cancellation.
Delegates who are late may not be admitted into the training and a cost incurred.
