We are delighted to host on behalf of Hertfordshire Hospices a brief overview of best practice in End of Life care with a focus on compassionate communication, culural awareness and what support is available when delivering EoL Care.

Learning Outcomes:
• Have an understanding of what a ‘good death’ could mean to service users and their families.
• Have an awareness and understanding of how to communicate with compassion and the impact this can have.
• Be able to identify when support may be needed and how to access it.
• Recognise the importance of culture and diversity, specifically in relation to End of Life care
