This course is designed to empower managers and team leaders in adult social care settings with the tools and knowledge to deliver an effective and structured induction process. A well-planned induction sets the foundation for new starters to integrate seamlessly into their roles, ensuring they feel supported, engaged, and prepared to provide high-quality care.
Entry Requirements: Learners must be in a management role to attend this course.
Participants will explore the key components of a robust induction program, from initial onboarding to ongoing support. The course will focus on strategies to engage a diverse workforce, address performance concerns effectively, and tailor support to individual needs. Additionally, learners will understand the role of checklists and templates in streamlining and optimising the induction process, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
