Caroline joined the NHS England Digitising Social Care Programme in 2021 after 10 years as a director for a national primary and urgent care provider. As a national programme manager supporting 15 Integrated Care Systems across the country, Caroline works in partnership with colleagues in the Department of Health and Social Care to explore and promote the benefits of digital solutions for care providers. Caroline is an advocate of using technology to support people to live independently in their own homes.
