Workforce Pathway – Provider Workshop

Join us for a face‑to‑face Provider Workshop exploring the National Care Workforce Pathways. This interactive session, co‑delivered with Skills for Care.

This workshop is designed to help care providers understand and implement the Care Workforce Pathway within their organisation. Together, we will look at how the pathway can support effective workforce planning, create clear role structures, strengthen development opportunities and enhance skills and competence across your teams.
Throughout the session, you will have the opportunity to reflect on where your organisation currently sits within the pathway and consider practical next steps to help you embed it into your workforce approach.

During this session, we will cover:
An introduction to the National Care Workforce Pathway
How the pathway can support workforce planning and career development
Tools and approaches to map your organisation against the pathway
Practical guidance for implementing the pathway within your service
