Lifting Cushions refresher…

2 hour session at HCPA Campus

HCPA and Winncare are running train the trainer refresher training on using falls lifting equipment. This train the trainer session will allow your staff to cascade information down to other members of staff.

This is an opportunity to:
• Have a reminder of best practice in using the lifting cushions and ask Winncare any questions you may have.
• An update of the new falls Management pathway in Care homes and the resources to go with this. This includes best practice documentation and falls risk assessments.

Please book a maximum of 4 staff on each session. It will also be useful to send a night shift member of staff so they can cascade down to the rest of the team.
