LDSS Explained – Unlock funding to support Learning & Development

March 4 @ 11:00 - 12:30

1.5 hour Session via MS Teams

Are you getting the most out of LDSS funding for staff learning and development?

This webinar and Q&A is designed for adult social care employers who want to confidently access the Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS) and strengthen workforce development by reclaiming eligible training costs.
We’ll be joined by Skills for Care and the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) – who administer the scheme – so you’ll get clear, accurate guidance and a live demonstration of the online claiming system.

What we’ll cover:
• What the Learning & Development Support Scheme (LDSS) is for, who can use it, and how it supports workforce development
• Common misunderstandings that lead to missed or delayed claims
• Eligible training/qualifications and the value of choosing high-quality, Quality Assured Care Learning Service (QACLS) approved learning
• How to onboard (including having an up to date ASC WDS account)
• How to claim effectively: steps, evidence requirements and key deadlines

There will be dedicated time for Q&A and problem solving, so bring your questions (and any tricky claim scenarios) to get practical support.
