On the day:

• Complete HCPA’s TEAMology Tool
• Values workshop – group activities and discussions to support the creation of a Behaviours Framework. This is your opportunity to contribute.

A Behaviours Framework will then be created using your words, and senior leaders will be guided on embedding this within your organisation.

As HCPA hold the Quality Assured Learning Service (QACLS) benchmark, you can confidently book this programme, knowing the training is of an exceptionally high standard and will provide you with the vital skills needed to successfully lead.
