This engaging half-day online course is designed for experienced managers and leaders who are responsible for attracting, selecting, and retaining staff within their organisations. In today’s competitive and values-driven workplace, effective recruitment goes beyond assessing skills and experience, it requires a clear focus on behaviours, values, and cultural alignment.
Participants will explore how to embed values-based recruitment practices into their existing processes, ensuring that new hires not only meet role requirements but also contribute positively to organisational culture. The course will introduce the Leadership Qualities Framework as a practical tool to strengthen recruitment decisions and support long-term workforce development.
Through interactive discussions, examples and practical exercises, attendees will gain actionable strategies to enhance their recruitment approach, improve candidate selection, and build teams that reflect and reinforce organisational values.
