Delivered live by an expert trainer in an interactive virtual setting, this session offers a time-efficient learning experience with no travel costs and minimal disruption to busy leadership schedules. Participants will engage with the trainer and peers to share experiences, reflect on current practice, and develop actionable strategies that can be implemented immediately. The half-day programme is designed for established leaders and managers responsible for leading teams, shaping culture, and implementing effective retention strategies within complex and demanding environments.
Retaining a skilled and motivated workforce is a critical leadership challenge with direct implications for service quality, organisational performance, and long-term sustainability.
