INSPIRE Programme and other Skills For Care Endorsed Training

We are pleased to inform you HCPA are Skills for Care Endorsed and have also been awarded “Centre of Excellence” status. Therefore, we can provide endorsed training and signpost you to relevant resources within the Skills for Care network.

INSPIRE Framework

HCPA has created this Framework to meet the needs of succession planning in organisations. This is your opportunity to build a bespoke programme which will support new and aspiring leaders to become knowledgeable, confident, and competent at leading your teams.

The second part of our Framework now supports those leaders who want to further develop and concentrate on transforming their service.

HCPA is an Endorsed Provider for Skills for Care and this programme includes as part of its core the ‘Lead to Succeed’ endorsed course, or the ‘Well Led’ endorsed course.

  • Grow leadership talent within a bespoke programme
  • Choose modules which fit your needs
  • Based on learning and reflection

How does it work?

Begin your bespoke Inspire learning with the below core courses. Once you have completed these, you have the option to move to some optional courses.
(Optional courses must be chosen at the beginning of your Inspire journey)

If you want to continue your learning, pick from any of the above optional courses. If you do not see anything here, please look at our other courses available in our training brochure. We will be able to tailor courses for you as part of your bespoke programme!

Other learning from Skills for Care

Skills for Care has launched a short digital learning module to support Adult Social Care managers in carrying out holistic learning reviews following any incidents or near misses within the care setting, such as a COVID-19 outbreak.

The free, easy to use module commissioned by the Department of Health and Social Care covers:

  • what learning reviews are, why they are needed, and how they can help you
  • how managers can move from completing reviews at an individual level to involving the wider team
  • practical tips and templates for embedding learning reviews into your working environment.

Employers can claim £100 from the Workforce Development Fund for everyone who completes the module. Employers can find out how to make a claim.
