13-Dec-22 Sepsis Webinar – 13th December 2022 Did you know, sepsis is the 2nd biggest cause of death in the UK after cardiovascular disease, and kills more people than lung cancer every year? It doesn’t need to be this way – in many cases this outcome can be avoided if we spot the signs of sepsis early. For this reason, HCPA have teamed up with Dr Ron Daniels, CEO of the UK Sepsis Trust and a Senior Lecturer in Intensive Care Medicine, to give a bite sized session on what sepsis is and how to recognise it. We are also extremely lucky to be able to listen to a sepsis survivor give her account and experiences. Click here Click here
