This course offers delegates a comprehensive understanding of mental health and its contributing factors. Delegates will gain insight into what experiencing mental ill-health feels like, recognising common symptoms and understanding its impact on both individuals and their loved ones. The course also covers effective strategies for managing and treating mental ill-health, with a focus on best practices in care. Additionally, delegates will be guided to valuable resources for further support if needed.

• Recognise social and effects of mental ill-health
• Explain how to respond to Mental Health issues
• Identify person centred support strategies and how to implement them
